Mr. Riffkin also concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate matters, regularly representing clients in the negotiation, documentation, and closing of real estate transactions and financing. He frequently handles commercial and residential loan closings and is keenly familiar with all aspects of banking and lending, including new loan originations, loan
modifications, workouts, foreclosures, and related financial matters. In addition, Mr. Riffkin serves as a Qualified Intermediary and is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of IRS Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges, advising clients on structuring and completing tax-deferred exchanges in compliance with federal regulations.
