Mr. Riffkin brings a complete knowledge of the complex issues involved in commercial and residential real estate matters, litigation, business and estate planning. He regularly represents clients in closing commercial and residential loans. And Mr. Riffkin has experience in all other phases of commercial and real estate issues, as well as consumer lending matters. Mr. Riffkin is keenly familiar with all aspects of banking – including new loans, loan workouts, foreclosures and other financial matters. He also counsels individuals and companies, and helps them develop a strategy regarding entity formation, business disputes and the disposition of their real estate.

Domestic and guardianship disputes, civil litigation and collection matters are prime areas of focus for Mr. Riffkin. He often represents businesses and individuals through complex negotiations.
