Rena L. Strauss brings a unique perspective to the law firm of Grant, Riffkin & Strauss. Since joining the firm in 2001, Rena enjoys exploring every aspect of a particular issue. She regularly represents purchasers, sellers and lending institutions in residential as well as commercial real estate transactions and counsels various parties in litigation related to real property, landlord-tenant, and other property disputes in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland.

Ms. Strauss also believes in helping clients control the outcome of life changing events, such as marriage, birth of a child and the death of a loved one. As an estate planning attorney, she works to help clients build an estate plan and maximize the transfer of wealth. She advises clients on Estate Planning and Trust formation and litigates disputes regarding the administration of Probate Estates. Ms. Strauss is also actively involved in Guardianship Estates.
