Rena L. Strauss has been a trusted advisor at Grant, Riffkin & Strauss since 2001, focusing her practice on estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration.

With more than two decades of experience, Ms. Strauss counsels individuals and families in the design and implementation of comprehensive estate plans. She prepares sophisticated wills and trusts, advises on strategies to protect and transfer wealth, and guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through every stage of probate and trust administration. She regularly represents clients in contested estate matters, fiduciary disputes, and guardianship proceedings in Maryland’s courts, providing steady and strategic advocacy during complex and often sensitive situations.

In addition to her estates practice, Ms. Strauss represents purchasers, sellers, and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and refinances.
